Canterbury Electrical Services

Born & raised in Christchurch, Marcus & Fiona have

been married for 30 years and raised 3 children, and

are active members of their local church.

Marcus started his Armature winding apprenticeship

at the age of 17 and completed it at 21, then at the age

of 25 completed his 4 year electrical apprenticeship

in 2 years, to become a NZ registered electrician

in 1987.

MF Electrical was born in 1990, and Marcus,

provided electrical services to the Christchurch

community, commercial & industrial sectors

from that point. In 2012, the decision was

taken to expand and diversify the business

to the current format. The team has grown to 9, and is still growing, continuing to provide the service he was well regarded for, but also now assisting with the rebuild.

Canterbury Electrical Services Ltd, is a business built on personal values, strong customer focus and a desire to be the best. It is “A beautiful thing.”
